Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Welcome to KARKEE TOOLS, a project of Karkee Digital Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use our website.

1. Information We Collect

Some tools may process information that you enter or upload. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate our website and its features.

2. How Tools Process Your Data

Data processing depends on the individual tool. Some tools may process content directly in your browser, while others may use external services or servers. Check the relevant tool's instructions before submitting sensitive information.

3. Website Analytics

We record basic website visit information to understand how KARKEE TOOLS is used and improve our services. This may include the page path, the tool page visited, the time of the visit and a randomly generated browser identifier stored in your browser's local storage.

The browser identifier is pseudonymous and is not designed to identify you by name or email address. Clearing your browser storage may create a new identifier. Analytics records may include repeat visits and automated traffic, so they are not a verified count of individual people.

4. Cookies and Storage

Our website or its third-party services may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics and preferences. The analytics identifier described above is stored in local storage.

5. Contact Form Information

If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage support requests. Contact submissions are stored using Supabase and may generate an email notification through our email service provider.

Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification and abuse prevention.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use services such as Supabase for backend features, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Resend for contact email notifications. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information. Information may be retained for as long as needed to operate our services, respond to enquiries, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You can clear your browser's local storage to remove the analytics identifier stored on that browser. This may cause a new identifier to be generated on your next visit. You can also choose not to submit the contact form.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website or services change. Updates will be published on this page.
